At Gottex Israel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear or beachwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and protective hygiene strips are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
